Our handmade Lavender + Patchouli Shea Butter Soaps are all made with super high quality organic plant oils, pure essential oils and all natural colorants. We add Organic Fair-Trade Cocoa + Shea Butters to create a super moisturizing, luxurious soap. Our Lavender + Patchouli Shea Butter Soap combines the beautiful floral scent of Lavender with the grounding and earthy Patchouli, creating an intoxicating scent combination.

Soap Excited is dedicated to bringing you the best in aromatherapy and skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at info@soapexcited.com for instructions and help with any return or exchange.
We accept to up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged in a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed.
All products must be returned in original packaging. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Soap Excited, LLC replaces any damaged item that is notified about within 48 hours of order delivery. Photography is required to provide proof of damage. Return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Soap Excited, LLC is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. As such, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
